I wouldn't recommend ebay, you do get what you pay for. Look up Ksports, there is a group buy at http://eghatchback.com/viewtopic.php?t=3070
They are 600.00 shipped. 300.00 up front and the other half before he ships. It's a good deal, but it's your preference.
I agree with those guy's, don't go above 16", it will just be more problems. Welcome Aboard!!!

wow 3-4 inches? If you drop your car 4 inches I don't even know how you're gonna drive on the street. Definitely don't go with the 18's or 19's. They will look too big. 17's is the biggest I would go on a civic and I don't think that would work with a 4" drop. You'd probably be rubbing pretty badly. 15's will probably be best for the type of drop you want, although 16's would look better IMO if you were willing to sacrifice a little bit of your drop. Another thing, don't just put some coilover sleeves on the stock shocks. You're going to want to buy some shocks from a quality company and buy some quality coilover sleeves also. Or buy a true coilover suspension setup. It's going to cost you. The cheap ebay stuff isn't going to work. You know that you can still have the look of a low car without that large of a drop right?

ok here is my input on dropping your car that low, if you want it that low you will have to get like 15s or 16s my car is extremely low and my 15s still rub. i need to raise my car up because it is dropped to much.
