Ok first off my names is James, I own a 92-95 Civic DX coupe 5 speed PROJECT CAR. So far, i'm still waiting to get the title, so i'm unsure of the exact year. I have no pics yet but hope to get some soon. Right now, I am just trying to get it looking decent to take down to the Carlisle Carshow in PA this coming May. The Car is not in the best of looks, or shape, but thats what I wanted, as long as no major body damage, or rust (NY cars are all rusty...). So first thing would be to list what needs fixed, replaced, or installed to even call it a decent car.
It needs: Headers, Exhaust, Intake, New Tire (running on spare), Door Panals, Headlights, Tailights, Bumpers, Side peices, and other various things. The Front Bumper is on there, but it's molded to the fenders which both are cracked and just horrible looking. The fenders have Z3 Inserts not put in properly, and you can tell how bad a job it was molded on. The rear bumper is barly haning on, it DOESN'T have a intake, or anything for the exhaust. The side skirt peices arn't there, it's got holes in the trunk where a wing was, and some of the speaker wireing was messed with and needs fixed/replaced. The ECU is laying on the ground (not sure why it was messed with), and the glove box was broken and hanging open. All the vents were painted by what looks like spray paint, and it's all just coming off in peices.
There is probly more, but i'm not gonna try and remember.
What I have done so far, was bought the intake, headers, full catback, body kit, and a under body neon kit (not sure why, I dont really need it...), a new glove box, and got a few replacement vents. I still need to get another tire, the fenders, the door panals, and the rest of the interior work done. Plus I'm gonna primer black the whole thing until I can afford a good paintjob, and get all the body work done. Right now I dont have a lot of money cause I got fired from my job right after buying all this stuff, but will do what I can with what I got. I'm hopeing to sell some extra stuff I have to atleast get the interior, and body work done, and get a coilover suspension.

Other than my civic, I have a 92 Plymouth Laser RS 5sp with the 4G63 2.0 with 17's, and a 95 Chevy S-10 Lowryder 5sp 2.2 thats a bit modified and up for sale.

And I guess thats all lol.

thats alright, just gave me the chance to get it all out. I have only told one of my friends about the car. All of my friends don't exactly drive nice cars, due to the area we live in. So I want to get a chance to impress them with something nice (my truck is not impressive to most)

Once I can get ahold of a digi cam i'll get as many as possible. But so far nate, yours looks 100x better than what I paid for. Also I forgot to mention. It's only got the D16, and because of my finacial problem, it's gonna stay that way for a while. I want to get a B16b when I stirke it rich, or get lucky on a price, and get it built up.

Well i wouldn't beable to sell it until I had something else to put in it. I coulda probly easiler find another one though. Honda's are pretty popular around here. and even if the junk yard we got "Gary's U Pull It" I could probly find a perfect condition working D16. As it is, they got a vavle cover that I wanted, just because it looks brand new, and mine looks worn down quite a bit.

 

I'd just rock the hell out of the D til it blew up instead of swapping out a good motor.
