You really really really....REALLY.. do not want to get a turbo kit off ebay like that. If you are going to shop on ebay for car parts you want to make sure that you are getting quality brands.
as for the other stuff, you can probably get away with.....but i would say a forsure NO on the turbo kit.

Resistor box sounds like a scam to me don't bother with the resistor box just buy the right injectors for your car. you also need to upgrade your tranny I can't tell you how many tranny's that I have heard go pop.
christian - yea i realize that that turbo is basically s**t. my friend is selling a greddy kit with basically all the same parts for the same price although it's used.
whoknows - i need the resistor box for those injectors. if i can find high impedance injectors i will get those

For the injectors just get some Precision 440's off Phearable.net, that way you don't need a resistor box. They'll cost $210 for the set, but it's worth it, especially considering they'll be brand new and plug and play.

you'll still need injector clips though since you have OBD2:
http://www.phearable.net/shoppingcar...bd1-p-103.html
Here's less expensive ARP headstuds:
http://www.nolimitmotorsport.com/prod/arp-208-4301
Less expensive Walbro Fuel Pump:
http://www.erzperformance.com/produc...0civicpump.htm
Less expensive Vacuum Manifold (get the brass fittings):
http://honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=2069264
I've heard bad things about those cheap boost controllers... you do not want your boost to spike. Get this one instead:
http://jhpusa.com/store/pc/viewPrd.a...t=3869#details
Also, don't use E-manage. Piggybacks suck, get a real tune. Convert your car to OBD1 with the corresponding of the two:
http://www.phearable.net/shoppingcar...ness-p-33.html (if your car is 96-98)
http://www.phearable.net/shoppingcar...ness-p-34.html (if your car is 99-00)
And a chipped ECU (i'm assuming you have a d16y7) http://www.phearable.net/shoppingcar...vtec-p-32.html
Then go get a real tune from your local tuner. Make sure you get your ECU after you know all the turbo details so that the basemap is as close as possible with a basemap... this will make it hopefully driveable to get a tune.

you dont necessarily need an oil temp gauge. Also I would look into getting an ODB1 chipped and socketed ECU instead of the E-Manage. Its easier to get tuned with Hondata or Crome.
Also try your local junk yard and look for a resister box. I got mine from my junk yard for $12. Any ODB0 Honda with Multi Port Injection (4 injectors) will have a resistor box, heres what mine looks like:

I dont understand the fear everyone seems to have for running/installing a resistor box. If you can solder, and match colors, its really no big deal.
As Kev mentioned, taking that route can save you a lot of money and keep you running strong.
Check the DIY section for my Turbo write up, pretty sure theres a m4d tYte diagram of how to wire in the box

i realize that piggybacks suck but i live in hard *** new york and we have emissions testing every year by way of the obd2 port so i can't legally convert to obd1.
trust - thank you for your post it helped a lot.
forty - i played paintball for a long time and made a lot of custom control boards so i definitely know how to solder so i can go with the injectors and resistor box, however i don't want to screw anything up so i might go for the plug and play

dont use that turbo kit, get a decent manifold, downpipe and turbo, you will regret it if you have to upgrade down the road from those falling apart. ditch the emanagement as well and get an obd1 conversion plug with a p28 chipped with hondata s300 for that same price. possibly get a decent boost controller as well and you should be good to go with a good turbo kit. tuning is key as well
