Default Best way to retard timing.

I know the best way would be to get hondata and tune but I think that might be over kill for me. I'm getting i/h/e then zex direct port kit and running a 50 shot. Timing needs to be retarded 2 degrees. I know I could just turn the dizzy 2* but then I would loose some low end power so I would like to have something electronic that only retards timing when I'm spraying. The only thing I am aware of that does that is hondata and crome but I don't want to do that. Is there another way to do it?

I'm also thinking I will get an aem wideband and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator so I can adjust the a/f ratio if it needs it. Any thoughts? Or should I just go through with hondata s100 and have it all done that way?

I would go with uberdata if you don't want to spend massive amounts of cash on the Hondata S100, then a P28, and then a chipping/datalogging kit.

The best way to do it is chip it and tune it via a laptop on the dyno while spraying.

Edit: Yes, wideband O2 > narrowband O2

What low end do you have to lose? Lol.

Just retard the dizzy, it's the only way anyway unless you go with Crome, but then you'd have to set up a nitrous switch and everything else too.

This morning I found an add-on you can buy from MSD if you already have an msd ignition (you wire the fuel and nitrous solenoids to it then set up the rpm you want it to work and how much ignition retard.)but I think I might just retard the dizzy when I buy the kit and start spraying then save for the msd. Will it hurt my mpg also? Thanks guys.

You probably won't notice a change to be honest.
