Anybody on here living in California and boosted? Seeing a boosted civic around here is a rare sight for me. Is it because its hard to pull off without gettin pulled over and impounded?

Yeah i know i'll fail emissions if i boost, there's ways around that though. I'm just trying to assess the probability of getting popped for it.
