it's just a xs manifold.... i had it machined before i put it on.... it's a dsm t25 turbo ..... i had supports welded to the turbo flange to help prevent any cracks from happining..... i dont see why it wont hold up..

i have about $2000 into the setup including the s300 and all the gauges and wideband....

You seriously need to put a bigger turbo on it. That T25 is going to choke it something nasty.

how do you like that s300? I plan on using that for my setup. Easy tune? are you using the boost control with it?

i love the s300.... once we set it up to calabrate with my AEM wide band it was super easy

it also has a self tune program thats pretty badass..... i am setup to run boost control out of pin A17 i belive..... the auto tranns torque converter lockout output..... i used a p28 out of a auto so i would have everthing for boot control..... then a gm selinoid and i'm boosting

i blew a head gasket before i made it to the dyno so now i'm doing it right..... ARP head studs cometic head gasket ,,,,,, and mabe throw some forged cp pistons in my spare ls block and possibly a super 16g

hard to believe you only spent $2000 for that whole setup... But it's nice none the less

well i didnt spend enough... i tore a vac line on my wastegate so i had a boost spike of 17 psi according to the data log on my s300 and blew the head gasket in the process....
so i orderd a .051 cometic head gasket and a set of ARP head bolts.... i was pretty pissed it happend the night before i was supossed to have it dyno tuned.... so the final results will have to wait a little bit

Dam, that sux dude. Those headstuds should help a lot. You could also buy a torque damper, that will help as well with head lift.

2 cracked ring lands and a blown headgasket...... it's time for some forged 8.5:1 pistons
