is buying a turbo risky???

i have a 97 honda civic with over 100,000 miles on with a v-tecmotor either. is there a good chance that my engine might blow if i put in a greddy turbo? what else might i be able to do to make ot go faster?

Racing Stickers give your car about 10hp..haha jk. Just read this whole forum, great stuff you can learn plus do a lil bit of your own research.

if you keep under 6psi it should be fine.
