that doesnt answer my question, i know its rare to find i good price on a turbo like that but i mean it says brand new and its a garrett, i dunno anyone else

 

If it's all real and quality then it's going to cost more than $700. Maybe if it was used then it could cost that much. I didn't really read it that much.

Its very obviously not all brand new. However the turbo looks like it could be freshly rebuilt and is pretty clean and it has some lsightly better peices than some of the ebay kits I have seen but that manifold is more than likely going to crack and the vafc is pretty useless. I woul save your money and peice a kit together. You'll get better parts and save alot of money.
