Ok so I ordered a NOS kit, dry, gonna run a 35-40 shot. The 'vic is getting put away for the winter this weekend so I'm gonna install everything and wait till spring to get the bottle filled.
Just want some opinions as to where on the intake I should put the nozzle, I've heard no more than 6" from TB and I've also heard that it's best to put it a couple inches in from the filter. What's your opinions?

 

i used to spray 75 on my b16 civic...didnt even feel anything until i went 85.. big difference...but i think 6" from TB is good

 

dry kit is best to place the nozzle as far away from the throttle body as possible. this allows the air more time to chill before entering the engine, therefore offering a little more power. as for the statment above.....maybe something was wrong with your 75 shot, ie install, tune, solenoids. because a 75 shot is a nice sized shot that can even be felt on a v10. hell the 65 shot i ran on my old hatch gave me a complete second faster at the drag strip.

 

I don't wanna run over a 50 shot till I do the intake manifold conversion and add a return fuel line and a FPR.

sux for your friend.......i blew up one of my d15's on a 125 shot.....but i didnt care, there were 3 more in my garage

 

One of my old girlfriends blew me on 2 shots of Tequila. It felt good though!

 

getting NOS!!..sweet, i only new one guy who had it and he has a auto rsx and when he would use it his tranny couldent handle it so it was kinda a waste of money, but im hyped for u..

 

try not to get to many speeding tickets...lol j.k tell us how it works out
