its not a real garrett, so it's probably just a cheap knock off.

That is the worst turbo you could possibly buy. "good" turbos are 300$ and up. A decent turbo would be a Mitsu T-25, used you could find one for under 200 if you looked really hard.

If it says "Garrett" on the housing, it's a real Garrett.

Bordox, you might want to do a little more research before you do this turbo thing. Its cool that your excited, but if your contemplating getting a turbo that was made for a 7.3 liter motor, you dont know what your doing. Its ok, you just need to study. We have all been there, you have to start somewhere. But dont go buying parts until you do know what your doing, it will be better on you and your car

i agree with t34me. you should research intensley for a month or two before you think about even getting a turbo.

i bought a garret t3 off of a guy for $20... it came off of a wrecked saab he had lying in his front yard... now i just need a new car and the rest of the parts to put it on.
