Default Greddy kit w/ Emanage on 00 si?

In the near future ive been thinking about getting the Greddy turbo Kit with the emanage for my 2000 civic si. I've heard that you shouldnt run more than 6psi on stock internals. Just wondering if thats true and if i bought the whole greddy kit if i would need nething else? I dont mind if i can only run 6psi...like everyone knows you cant do everything at once you gotta get one thing then build on it. I atleast wanna get the turbo and get it right. So my quesiton would be...is the greddy turbo kit a good way to start...and would i need nething else other than what comes with the kit? Also how much boost would be safe and reliable to drive?

greddy turbo kits are PERFECT for starter kits.........you can run more than 6PSI on stock internals.......just make sure u get a good dyno tune. Dyno tunes are what make your air fuel ratios perfect........thats the most important part in a turbo setup

It is the bottom half of the engine that is needed for the turbo if you go nuts on the PSI. Pistons, rods and a block guard.

So if i didnt go above 8psi i "Should" be alright? I wanna keep the car pretty reliable...especially till i build the internals more.

you should be good between 8-10 if you have the fuel to support it, w/o that i wouldnt even try, 8-10 on the stock internals is ok. mine say 12 on stock internals and b/c of an ooil pump failure caused to spin a bearing, since then all new internals are goin in with a bigger set of injectors are goin in with a block guard. if you want to u can resleeve it with a set of darton sleeves. u only need sleeves if u are goin for over 500 whp, stock honda sleeves in the b16a2's are good to 400-450 whp.
