Im going to assume your talking about a mitsubishi tdo5h turbo. I actually just bought one, and to answer your question, I believe if you have the right manifold for your motor, with the right flange for the turbo, it should fit just fine. Hope this helps! Nice blonde moment by the way

 

^ +1 it should fit fine just make sure your manifold will work with it.

 

Like these guys said, search around and see if you can find an "adaptor plate" for that application.

from what my friend tells me from research on his forum, most eclipse turbo manifolds bolt right up to some honda motors. hes got an F22A1 in his '92 CB7 and the eclipse manifold bolts right up EXCEPT you hafta drill one more hole in the manifold for a direct bolt up. but i dont know what motor is in your 2003 cause im more familiar with the older models but some honda motors it is a 90% direct bolt on.

 

just need a manifold made for it or an adapter flange
