www.pgmfi.org A lot of people I know run Crome, and are very satisfied with it. In fact just yesterday I talkd to a guy with a 95 hatch, t25, tuned wit crome and running 10 psi. He was runnign 13.64 in the 1320, on an otherwise completely stock motor.

What year make and model car is it going on? If it's after 96, you'll need to convert to OBD-1 via Conversion harness, upgrade injectors (if you use the common DSM 450's, you'll also need a resistor box). Then you'll have to get a chipped ecu set up with a basemap until you actually get it tuned. A block adaptor helps for the oil feed lines. You'll need to tap your oil pan as well.

I did the same thing 7 month's ago, bought a bunch of stuff thinking all I'd need to add were a few cheap bits and pieces. The best advise I can give you is to do the research. Learn how turbo kits work and why, and look for ALL the parts you will need.
