Thats something Id like to know. I myself, dont think its true in every case. Too big of an intercooler can cause longer lag, and if you're running low boost it wont make that much of a difference. But on a built motor with a decient sized turbo, the bigger intercooler would be a must. Right.

No it is not allways better. Intercoolers are alot like everything else and rated to be able to cool so much air so they are good to a certain hp.

Yes to big. See if you run a big *** intercooler without a big *** turbo you will loose boost through it. Say you are running 9psi, with a big I/C you will only see like 7psi at the intake manifold.

This is all you will ever need.

Cool, that's the one I have now. So that will be good for 15-20 lbs of boost? If so cool, can spend the money on something else btw my turbo is a t3/t4 .63

Yeah i figured at about 4kish, but I wanted to make sure it held power up top for my 8k+ Redline. And I purchased a lighweight flywheel which I "heard" should help that a little. Although i do have a question, which number determines the trim? When I purchased the turbo there were two or three different numbers. It says A/R .50 on the side of the turbo but then another number was .63(exhaust housing maybe)

it's a 50 trim and look more for a mid to upper 4000rpm range for full spool. I would only go about 12lbs on the flywheel. The lighter the flywheel the quicker the revs which may sound all good but those revs will come down as fast as they went up sometimes knocking you out of your power band. You should be ok though
