Ya you could do that but why not just buy a hf manifold without the external wastegate port?
The HF manifolds aren't supposed to have a external wastegate flange. Just get a regular HF manifold.

and as for that ebay like to that manifold, it might work, but HF's can be had for like $40 (atleast mine was). Just look around and you'll find deals. And you know its gonna be tough, so theres no worry there.

im using a t25 off of an eclipse, i have the adapter pl8 that mounts the turbo upto the hf mani, hks ssqv bov, fuelpressure reg, dsm 450cc injectors, chippd but not tuned, the setup works good, the t25 spools up quick and works well with the d motor i dont see any lagg at all. but im also only running like 7psi lol. just make sure you replace the gasket between the mnai and adapter its the crush one for the hf mani, itll leak if you try to reuse it. i found out the hard way lol
