max hp-d16y8????
well honestly, boost isnt whats important becuase different turbos displace a diferent amount of air per lb. of boost. But to answer the first question i saw a dyno sheet for a d16 pushing around 430Hp. Of course he had a total build up.
what do u mean by total build up? like internals

The most I've seen is 450-500whp, though I've of heard estimates of 550 being possible on stock sleeves. There's a team claiming to make 375 on a completely stock block z6. I don't know about that one though.

Generally, boost is boost. The major factor that would have one turbo be less powerfull than another at the same boost would be it efficiency in relation to heat. If you heat up the air, you're going to get less power from the same boost if it were cooler.
Boost is just a measurement of the restriction in your intake. If you start making modifications to your intake tract, bigger displacement, different cams, etc, your boost readings could be lower, however, you could be pushing the same, or more power.

I seen a stock D16Z6 at 300whp

Most power I've ever seen specifically made from the Y8 was 386ish. I think another guy put down 405whp on a Y8 block and Z6 head, but I'm not 100% sure.
I personally am shooting for the 400+ mark, but right now I'm making 210whp 167wtq at 7psi on a 100% stock D16Y8.
