440 should be enough also upgrade your fuel pump, and exhaust, and is your ecu tuned?

i went to a custom exhaust place i wanted to go 3" nut they said the max would only be 2.5" would that be ok? ecu is only basemapped. been ok on it, but before i got a real good tune i wanted to be close to my goal, so i wasnt wasting 500 bux a wack.

2.5 is perfectly fine 3" is to big. also get a wide band o2 sensor so you will be able to know what your air/fuel ratio is.

you can upgrade the fuel rail if ya want to, but fot the tb for a sohc i say it should be fine. going bigger isnt always better.

you might get a 60mm throttle body from a B-series or something, but I wouldn't go bigger than 62mm
