is that at the crank or at the wheel?

and nitrous only adds the HP for a max of 15 seconds, so turbos are better than nitrous

at the wheels. everyone knows how long nitrous is good for. how long do the average race last for? 15 seconds or less. that makes all the difference.

i'm kinda doubting that you've ever ran nitrous in a car at 14. it's a little different than a movie. it's definetly not for those who are not experienced drivers. you'll find this out the more wheel time you get. it may look fun and cool in a movie, but it's alot different when it's your hands on the wheel. you have an advantage over alot of people by getting started young, make the right moves because we would like to see you here in another 15 years.

well thats a drag race, and nitrous is illegal in SCCA

and im not saying nitrous is pointless, im just saying that between NOS and a turbo kit ud b happier with a turbo in the end

look, it just seems like you want to argue about something really ghey. so here's my last post in this thread. when you get either of them, let me know. i will make the 3 hour drive to michigan and we'll line them up and you can see first hand the power of a boosted k24 with a 150 shot. done.

uh nitrous isnt easier to hide
Yes it is.
u have four lines into each cylinder instead of two or a line into your air intake
You can rig those up on the underside of the intake manifold/CAI. Thereby hiding it. There are other methods too.
a decent nitrous kit isnt cheap
Yes it is. And on top of that, Im not a fan of "kits". You can get everything far cheaper by getting items off of ebay such as a bottle, and single ordering parts such as the solenoids.
if u know what ur doing turbos are fairly easy to install
If you know what your doing, [insert word here] is fairly easy. My point still stands that a dry/wet kit is easier to install than a turbo.
nitrous loses its fun after four or five shots on the highway
Im so glad to know that you have used nitrous AND turbo, so you know exactly which one is more fun to use. Does that mean a turbo loses its fun after you go WOT 4 or 5 times?
turbo IS forced induction
Noone said it wasnt.
Also, your arguement on nitrous dying out after 15 seconds is kinda weak. Considering most races on the track dont last more than 14 seconds, and those on the street dont last more than 10 - 15, I dont see why you would need anything more.
