yea, we'll meet up sometime. I need to get mine retuned because after I get off the highway, my car will go super lean at partial throttle, until I hit a red light to idle for a few minutes. That and I'm adding more boost. Only problem is, I can't get in for a tune, I've had to reschedule 3 weeks straight now.

Well I just got back from getting tuned at CFT in orlando. Turns out my stock fuel pump isnt strong enough so he tuned it as well as he could and told me to get a new fuel pump and come back and he would finish the tune for free. I know Im an idiot for keeping my stock pump but I always read that it was good for 300whp. I guess not. Oh well it runs great right now and pulls extremely hard he just told me not to push it past 7k just to be safe until I get the new pump in there. No #'s yet either, he said there was no point inseeing how much power it made until the new pump and the finishing touches to the tune were all done. I did get a video of the dyno and I will try to post it somewhere in the next day or so.

Do you know which fuel pump you're going with? I, just like most of the world, have the 255lph walbro fuel pump. justa lil insight if you havent picked one.

Yeah I think I will be going with the walbro 255. The thing that sucks is that I have 3 moreweeks of school and then finals week after that so it will probably be another month till Im fully tuned and see how much power Im actually making but its still a load of fun right now shifting at 6500rpm's. It will be tuned to run as high as 10 pounds which will only be used at the track on rare occasions. 7 pounds will be run daily.I did talk to a guy at the shop yesterday that was waiting to get tuned that said his gsr with an sc61 was tuned at 10 pounds by the same guy and he made 350 whp. Thought that waspretty impressive.

Thanks forty but Im not a moron. I know the difference between "Shiney Metal" and the engine management system. Im sure Im not the first person tomake a typo on thisforum. So by the way, which fuel pump is everyone using in their boosted setups? I just assume get the walbro 255 but theres a high pressure and a low pressure version. How much power can they support respectively? I ammore than likely going to be building a block over summer with hopes of making around 350-400 whp so it would be nice to have something I wouldnt have to upgrade again.
