Default Project 99 Turbo Civic SI

Just purchased a 99 Civic SI and need to know a few things.

How much HP and TQ can the SI pistons and Rods withstand?

Here is my kit:

Treadstone B Series Cast Manifold
Treadstone TR8 22" 8" 3.5" bar and plate 2.5" in and out FMIC
Treadstone IC Piping Turbo to TB
Turbonetics T3/T4 Exhaust A/R .48 V Trim T04B
Turbonetics Evolution 35mm WG
Type - RS BOV
450cc Injectors (What Brand?)
Dyno Tune Chrome Pro? what other choices?

AEM Wideband
Autometer Boost gauge

Transmission
ClutchMasters FX-300
LSD

MY QUESTIONS?:
What about Fuel Pump?
Anyone ever herd of using a kenne bell boost-a-pump?
http://www.kennebell.net/accessories...boostapump.htm

What about exhaust? This is a DD so I want to remain...ummm quiet per say.

Tune Chrome Pro? what other choices?

umm torque is the number to focus on....hp is a number derived from torque. Anyway...your clutch will give out before the internals do

So 260whp 260wtq? I Herd about 300 on stock internals.

Anyone have a problem with Clutchmasters FX-300?

Stock b16s can hold more like 400whp but that is more of an exception not a reliable street car, only so much cast pistons will do i would aim for 300whp nice and safe the rods however have seen much higher power than that, this is all assuming the engine is in great mechanical order. You need larger than 450cc injectors check out precision and to use Crome you need to be obd1 so you will have to converrt it.

this was on a tdo4h setup..... i ended up doing a full bottom end build and now i'm running 13 psi on a tdo5h and made 270 WHP with 252 torque

in the spring i'll be changing to a .50 or .57 trim with a external gate and am hoping for 300 wheel

Just over 200 hp is reliable and safe on a well tuned DD boost car. 300 is definitely pushing it, you'll be lucky not to f*ck anything up. Walboro fuel pumps work, they are a good idea for anything well above 200 hp, and you'll definitely need a new clutch over 200 as well. Crome works fine, it's a basic program that has worked for many people and it's free, so you can't beat it. If you are gonna rebuild and everything you might want to get a more in-depth program, but Crome or Crome Pro would work. Get 2.75 or 3" exhaust with a nice muffler and resonator and it'll be quiet. DSM Blue top injectors + resistor box would work for those numbers too, but they might max out if you're getting near 300 in the future

Crome is free, Crome Pro is not.
