How many HP per psi would a B16 & D16 engine produce?

I would say around 5-7.

 

if stock then prob around 6-8, if the engine is modded with after market TB, maniflod, exhuast, and perhaps cams, 8-11.

 

or in my case.................cam.

That guy maxxed out a dyno @ 2500hp on 12psi, so you should expect around 210 from each psi. Point being It depends on the turbo =)
Assuming were talking about turbos here of course.
(for those that care he ran a 7.29 leaving from the start at idle. On 3 psi.)

 

That's also a 700ci motor. I doubt that it's his turbo making all of that power.
