no you can find cheap garrett turbos all day on ebay. the way to tell if its a true garrett is its imprinted on the compressor housing in huge letters. just got to ebay and type garrett in the turbo charger catagory. youll get alot of chepos but youll find a lot more true ones. like these

To the author, you're list looks....alright I suppose, but I would plan for more miscellaneous expenses. That IC and Piping setup is shaky, I really don't forsee that working the way you want it to. IMO, you should buy an IC, and a IC Piping kit seperately, then when install day comes you just need to cut the piping to fit perfectly.

EDIT: You need to do a bit more homework. You obvoiusly haven't considered fuel management, fuel system upgrades, etc.. These things are crucial. Bigger Injectors, something to run them, a tune, etc etc etc.. Trust me bro, I was in your shoes a while back.. By the time you actually get all this stuff installed, you'll realize the knowledge you THINK you have now, is nothing compared to what you will have after install.

Well a turbo isn't happening now...[As some of you might have read my post about my lambo doors breaking, I went to have them fix it and they spent 5 hours trying to fix it and couldnt so they put the stock hinge back on. (I wasn't there, i was in school so my mom took it to them so she didnt see what they did) They completely F*CKED my Front, right fender up. It's all bent up and twisted so there is no way I am going to trust them with installing a turbo on my car.

Anyway whats the most I can get out of a d16 with bolt ons and other upgrades and what price might that be? I was thinking changing my:
[ul][*]short ram to a cai [Link][*]dc headers [Link][*]greddy evo2 exaust [Link][*]aem cam gear [Link][*]aem lightweight pullys [Link][*]and I saw radiator fans made by greddy that work off of the battery(or some alternitave power) so you dont have that strain on the engine to run the fans [Link]

well dont have acesss to many tools, no garge atm, and not enough knowledge. Plus no1 else that could help me do it either, friends dont know much about cars and neither does my dad
