Default question about turboing a 7th gen

i read the sticky, but here's the thing. I only want to run 5-7psi, so would i still have to replace any internals? Or could i just run it completely stock keeping all original parts, and just run the low psi.

P.S. it's a 2005 Civic EX 5 speed.

D16z6 or D16y7 Or D16y8, they're all cheap and wayy better for boost.

that's nice but the OP has a 2005, those engines are useless in that car.
