Default removing stock headers

Is there any special trick to removing the bolts from the stock header where the 4 header pipes go to 2? Ive tried turning pretty hard to the point Im afraid of breaking something and they wont budge. I have pictures but I cant upload them because it says files too large.

try to heat the bolts up if you can get to them. did you try an impact wrench as well?

Air gun.

Although honestly you're probably just going to have to break them. You're not gonna use it anyway are you?

you need a penetrating lubricant called pb blaster. it works better for freeing tight bolts than WD

+1, that **** is a lifesaver! Soak the bolts with that and let them sit for a while, give 'em another shot of blaster then give 'em hell with a wrench and breaker bar if you have one. If that doesn't work, more PB Blaster and heat!

amd by "a while" start with 20 min, then if thats not enough, give it another couple of shots over an hour, and ill pretty much guarantee theyll come loose.

Ill vouch for sacs and forty. I haven't had a time where pb blaster didn't work.
