There are tons of small things you are missing. The big stuff is easy to remember, its not having the small stuff that adds up.

exactly! im turboing a 1.6L myself to a goal of 340+whp, i didnt cut ANY corners just because of how much abuse the motor will have to take to get to that, and im using a 50 trim .63 a/r turbo as yourself.

your bottom end will handle 300+ with rods / pistons & rings / machined and balanced crank / new bearings / water pump / oil pump / timing belt, no need for sleeves, but you can if you want to be safe.

my friend had a eg hatch that pushed 255whp on 4 psi with a built bottom end 9:1CR b18c5. with a stock head... but with a ton of tinker toys, msd ignition / ground wire kit / aem pulleys, etc... its going to take a little more boost but i think a b18b can do 300+ easy with what i mentioned above and a little extra BOOST

im no genius though, i may be wrong

What kind of fuel management are you using? Some other stuff to consider are; change fuel filter, upgrade Transmission!, upgrade the axles (if they are old), breather filter for valve cover, good tune professionally. The stock ignition is good for a decent amount of power but around 350 you should prolly think about upgrading it.

and with a goal of that much power, I would get the Hondata s300 system, or the Neptune RTP system, or if you wanna be stupid and waste the money, the AEM EMS

I already have the stage 2 axles from hamotosports and shiftlinkage and few other odds.
I plan on using hondata. with the rest of my setup.
I just want to build a motor that will hold 350 SAFELY

it's going to be a different feel, lot harder engagement. some people have no problem, but for stop and go traffic might be a PITA.
