in the long run i think ud b happier w/ an engine swap. on D-series engines...the only thing u can really do to upgrade internals is pistons cams and maybe rods...they simply dont have the aftermarket B-series engines have

Boost it to 50psi, then you'd have a good reason for an engine swap

I found a web site that builds all out race d-series motors capable of double digit boost. They also build b-series as well. Here is the site. http://www.exospeed.com/ Hope it helps....

Stock MAP sensor on honda's will allow upto 11psi of boost from any turbo.

I read every reply in this whole thread and non stated the obvious......it is not allways "how many psi can I boost?" there are an aray of different turbo's on the market some making alot more power than others at any certain boost level. You need to find out which turbo you plan on running before trying to find out how much boost you are going to run.

For a good daily driver I'd say like a t25 or a 16g will be great,if your looking to push more power and have the potential to make more power down the road something like a T3 super 60 or a t3/t4 46trim will do good.
