i would do a compression test on it to really find out some info. but other then that, i would boost it. the worst that would happen is it would let go... whats there to lose?

The Super D had 150,000+ when I boosted. Go for it. Just dont' go nuts with the pressure.

226k on my last crx at 10psi helpd fine for nearly a year.......check compression to give you a little info on the engines condition. make sure to tune it right and it should last a bit.

208K on mine now and I will be boosting it soon. As previously mentioned check your compression and you should get a leak down test done as well. I don't expect mine to last too long either, but that is only because I want to go with higher numbers, so I will be building an engine up for higher boost in the mean time.

Since everyone else said it so will i compression test is the right thing to do and also to get it tuned right but, i would'nt go over 7psi. maybe im just scared though. hope you boost it anyway.

You could rebuild the engine, then you could run as much boost as you want if you build it with forged internals.
