Default Turbo advice

Hey guys, so I'm getting ready to start getting my turbo parts together. But i would like some advice before i do...
My goal is 250hp.
Budget is.. $2k ish. Hopefully wont have to spend all on turbo tho, i really wanna get some suspension mods going soon after this. So i want this to be a somewhat budget build

Parts:
Turbo - thinking about a Big DSM 16g turbo. (looking for a quick spooling turbo)

Boost Controler - Turbo XS Standard Boost Controller $76.50
http://www.clubcivic.com/store/turbo...sbc_p1297.html

Intercooler- Mishimoto with Ebay pipes (~$220)? I've seen a lot of builds using turbo intercoolers and pipes.. but not sure?

Blow Off Valve - HKS SSQV ~$140

Fuel Pump - 255 LPH Walbro Pump $99 (should i get it? or not needed for 250HP..)
http://www.phearable.net/shoppingcar...pump-p-50.html

Fuel Injectors - Precision 440cc Injectors $219 (might go DSM with box)
http://www.phearable.net/shoppingcar...ated-p-41.html

Exhaust - 2.5In? 3In? Ebay?

Manifold - Cast iron Manifold ~$130 Ebay

ARP Headstuds ~$120ish.

Basemap from www.phearable.net

Plus all the misc items such as gaskets Oil feed lines, clutch, catch can..
And the Tune quoted at $99/hour. Was told its usually 3 hours.

Any Advice/comments/ is welcome.

So it is supposed to be "ishimoto"? Or are you trying to say Mishimoto?

For the injectors, I would hold out for RC's where you wouldn't have to worry about resistors and all that junk. Much easier to install and easier to deal with IMO.

I edited my original post once you told me about it, its supposed to say Mishimoto.

I've looked around for how to's on hooking up the resistors, and it honestly seems very very simple to do. http://www.d-series.org/forums/diy-f...tall-pics.html

I didn't see the edited post above. My bad. Which Mishi intercooler are you looking to pick up? I would assume by the turbo you are looking at getting, a Z line (smaller one) would be best for you. PM'd about it.

When it comes to this type of stuff for me, I would just spend a little extra and get the plug and play set-up. Have you searched for anything used? I picked up my 440 RCs for ~$225, used for about 10 dyno pulls and then removed to install bigger injectors according to the eBay seller.

Yeah i can see how i made it sounds confusing without the B lol.

Yes i was looking at the Z line Intercooler.
I'm just worried about buying used injectors, and having them not work when it comes down to getting tunned, you know? 200 bucks down the drainer. lol
But yeah i agree plug and play is probably a better way to go.

There is a local guy here selling a Turbo (t3 flange) 16g sized, internal gated, Greddy cast Manifold, and downpipe for $300 dollars.
I guess its a friends set up, and he is helping him sell it.
he says it has about 2k miles on everything. And that he think the turbo is a Turbonetics but he wasnt sure so he was gonna ask the friend and get back to me. I also asked him if it had any shaft play.

What you guys think? souds like an ok deal dont you think? I can probably get him to go lower on it..

I would get all the details first. Trim size, exhaust/compressor sizes, then go see it if it is what you want. Check for any shaft play there, too.
