Turbo Civic Running Lean/Rich Check Code 22
wideband will give you an acurate reading, and defintely dont turst a narrow-band A/F gauge. Just dont go into boost and you will be okay, take it easy, and running rich is safer than lean, but still not good.
Also if you read the reviews from Phearable, there are quite a few guys that have had to make very few changes to the basemap they receive from Phearable, maybe you'll get lucky like them

closeing the turbo return line is a big no no. let it drain nice and free, i think your probably safe with fuel washing out your rings if it just isnt pooring out the exhaust with rich black sout. To prevent blow by of the rings is when you have to much pressure built up in the crankcase and pushes back on the piston as its traving up and down pushing the rings upward and lets some oil by.
Is the turbo used? It maybe just old oil still in the turbo, Mine did that for little bit, but it hasn't burned or leaked any oil. And untuned on 450s your engines probably choking on the fuel.
