turbo cooled with oil and coolant?

Allright found it and plugged everything
after reinstalling the fuel rail and removing the piping i found the plug right under the throtle body

I'm in the process of building my groc list and am using a t25 and will need water too. when you use the water line from the TB do you just put a T on it or completely take the TB out of the loop. Can I use the TB water in and out lines to completely run the turbo water lines or should the TB still be heated?
