Update. Supposidly the mechanic had the car running, but he said the ignotor fried. So they ordered a new one. What can cause a car to run, the shut off. I mean, what could be frying the ignitor?

Hey just remember to be careful with the car when you drive it for the first time. No WOT pulls until you are 110% sure the fuel management is right. Personally I think you would be so better off with the greddy blue box as opposed to the FMU.....its electronic, so it will definetly hold up better. Also, if your turbo is used I would highly recommend getting a boost controller, you dont wanna have wastegate failure and see the gauge shoot up to 30 psi and send a rod to the moon. Remeber, it takes a while to get a turbo car perfect, hell I havent even gotten there yet.

Yea, I know not to hammer the pedal until sure that theres no fuel/oil leaks, no detonation etc. Its used, but the guy said when I bought it it only had like 7k miles on it. Im just waiting to get the car back, to the point Im getting depressed lol[&o]

I know how that goes. I've been staring at my poor civic up on jack stands for the last week, and it was getting REALLY depressing. But, I finished her off, and it was worth the wait
