I gave up all hopes of an hp goal, with my engine and not wanted to pay for internals I just want anything that I can get without ruining my engine now

Marty is making it more complicated than it really is. He's not going to put a t-70 or a t-88 turbo on his stock d. Just get a small turbo t3, and run 6-7psi. Make sure you run 91-93 octane, and get the car tuned or at least get a fmu. It would probly be a good idea to upgrade your fuel pump. I'd suggest a tial 38mm wastegate and a .5 bar spring. Make sure you have upgraded your exhaust as well. Make sure that you get an intercooler and i'd suggest a turbo xs type rfl blow off valve. With that you should make close to 200hp at the flywheel, give or take 20hp.

I know he is not going to run a turbo that big but I am honestly trying to get people away from using the psi term so much, each turbo is different, each setup is different, just because Joe Blow over here is running 14psi on a stock D from a T3 super 60 and making 250whp dont mean Joe Blow over there with the same setup will make the same power on the same boost level.

If you get a tune you don't need a fmu,(fuel managment unit) all it does is as boost increases it puts more fuel into the engine.

Set your air fuel mixture exactly right for all rpm levels, a fmu just does a set icrease per pound of boost, also with a tune they can adjust your timing. A tune is much more precise.
