But I thought the 06 Si made 197 at the flywheel? Twenty-five percent of 200 is 50....I'm not really trying to argue semantics or anything, just kinda curious. Are they underrated from the factory? I know car makers do that sometimes....why I don't know.

I guess so, but some of these guys are just straight up wrong (whether on purpose or not). Like when the SRT-4s first came out, the were factory rated @ 215. But bone stock SRT4s were dynoing at over 200 to the wheels. The "Terminator" Cobras were the same way (factory rating =390, dynoing @ 370 or higher). So they're obviously putting more to the flywheel. I seems like it'd be more beneficial to the manufacturer if they actually rated it closer to what it was. Maybe for insurance reasons, like the old Shelbys?
