Well to be brutally honest that kit is just a bunch of crap! Notice there is not one name brand item in that entire kit except for the rip off wastegate and bov that are greddy and hks "style" not actually either. The other problem is that kit only has a turbo, mani, bov, wg, ic and piping and a few misc couplers and clamps that probably couldnt withstand more than 2 psi. Everything thats included in that kit is probably a little more than half of what your going to need in total. You could buy good name brand parts, new and used from ebay, homemadeturbo.com or honda-tech.com, to name a few places, for about the same price as that no-name kit. Just a thought. you may want to read up a bit more on what all is needed to succesfully run a turbo on a civic. Fuel management is the other half of the battle that that kit does absolutely nothing for. Just my 2 cents, hope it helps.
didnt come with oil tap piece for turbo missing half the pieces

Just to name a few. Besides, turbo stuff is expensive for a reason, you get what you pay for. Chances are, that kit will break, and if the kit doesnt break, it will end up causing damage.

i like how the turbo will support up to 300 hp between 25 psi and 35 psi. thats a little low for that amount of boost on what a turbo equvalint would put out

Which tells you how knowledgable the engrish seller is.
