Default About to pull the plug on a new camera for myself.
So I finally found the means to buy a new camera. My friends have been peer pressuring me into a nikon, but I'm not a nikon kinda guy, so after months of consideration I will be picking up a Canon 50d. If all goes well I will be grabbing the cheaper version of the EF70-200L (not the 2.8F obviously). If all doesn't go well...well I will buy a 75-300, but this time with DC autofocus and not micro-usm. Someone talk me out of it?

Forget that...camera is paid for. Now just need that glass for it.
