Asiago Tortellini w/Chicken & Spinach
Tipperary Irish Cheddar Smothered, dry rubbed Chicken Breast and Wild Rice
Shrimp in a Stout based (New Holland's "The Poet") reduction sauce over Wild Rice
****e Rubbed Mahi Mahi and Cheddar Broccoli Rice (are we noticing a pattern yet?)
And, as a nice little FU to health food, here's a big greasy Reuben!
My next post will have something other than food, I promise.
