My best friend in high school had a NA dodge daytona. Damn thing was always in the shop. Almost every mechanic he took it too would tell him these are the second worst cars to work on, the first, this with a turbo.

auctally, no. the SRT-4 is NOT a neon. the body looks the same, but it isnt. why would dodge make the srt-4 and neon diffrent cars on the dodge site if they were the same? i cant stop stressing this fact.

Yes the SRT/4 is a Neon, yes Chrysler did build a decent turbo 4 without Mitsubishi (Daytona IROC, Spirit R/T actually Lotus was involved) and the 2.4 is Chrysler, It is based on the 420A not the Mitsubishi 2.4 4G60. Mitsubishi manufactures the turbo. Nothing else[>:]
