CFT puts out some AMAZING cars.

I still think the Alpine Civic Si would get more attention than the polk/momo show car. The polk/momo atleast had more going for the engine, but Alpines just has way more going for it interior-wise. Both are still way too over the top for my interests though.

Has anybody seen the new Alpine show car (it USED to be a bmw, i don't think you could even call it a bimmer now)...IMO it is quite possibly the ugliest show car i have ever seen.

 

CFT puts out dyno queens, a 700+whp 2300lb car and only in the 10's lol. That car should be in the 9's at a bare min. low 9's at that. In all reality a 2300lb car with 750whp with the correct suspension setup and a driver worth a crap should be in the mid 8's

 

Yeah if it's a full time drag car, i'd rather have a street dyno queen, than a track trailor queen.

it is a fully stripped out car how is it any more freindly on the street than a drag car of the same weight with the same power?

 

I think what he's saying is that he would rather have a high powered street driven car than a high powered drag-only car that gets trailered to and from the track.

 

Well what I am saying is that even though CFT may drive that SI on the streets it is not legal to do so and in all reality is nothing more than a typical drag car that gets shuttles to and from the track. It is not a street car just because they show vids of it riding around on the streets everyt now and then.
