Now...how does that sneak up on you? How do you not realize that you weigh 500 lbs and need to do something about it before someone who hates fat people puts a metal rod through your fat-filled heart? Do you wake up one morning and realize "Damn. I'm fat."? How can someone let themselves get that bad? No self-respect whatsoever.

Actually, if you stop eating your body eats the muscle first, then goes to the fat. By the time her body got to eating the fat, she'd probably die because her muscles can't support her body anymore.

 

Yeah i think once you top 300lbs you should probably save your money and send yourself to a fat camp or something. This last Jan. i stepped on a scale... 250lbs! I was like, holy S*** when did i get so damn fat! I'm sitting bout 215 right now, thats my feel good story for HCF, oh yeah i forgot. HAHAHHAHA that lady was hella big with those two chairs... if you listen closely you can actually hear the chairs crying.
