The problem is that it looks like ***. The other problems are that :
A. The heat from the muffler will surely mess up the paint on the hood
B. Will melt plastics by the motor
C. If it rains, water will get into the engine compartment and may cause shorts and other problems (such as rust)

I'm not a big fan of the orange.
As for the exhaust coming out of the front, that's some custom stuff right there.
Knowing that nobody else has it has to be a cool feeling.
I've seen a car where the turbo was coming out of the hood, but not exhausts. When I first saw the picture I thought that maybe the exhaust sticking out of his hood wasn't even functional.
