i think it was real, because hes in shock. if they were faking it, he would have been yelling and screaming. ive seen peopel walking around accident scenes like they are fine, but blood is running down the back of their heads, to the point that im worried about them passing out from blood loss. and i was holding this one dudes head right after he wrecked the S@$T out of his car, and the paramedic was trying to get a brace on his neck. all the dude was worried about was his dad was gonna be pissed he wrecked the car. he was bleeding HELLA bad from his forehead, and he didnt even seem to notice.
