well its not actualy a CONVERTABLE.....

a convertable means you have a top to put up

i would NEVER have a chop top car....
always reminds me of this ugly @ss civic that some guy just took a sawzaw to the roof and drove it around inside the car show like he was so proud of it.... and i think he got it from the junk yard!
i wanted to go up to the guy and just slap him for being so stupid! but held back....



if its just a show car or sunny cruiser and cleaned up right a choptop can look good but no where near practical for a daily driver. i think its funny as hell when they get stuck at a stop light when its raining! LOL

 

Instead of a convertible I would rather have the targa off the Dsol. 99-00 SI with a Targa, build it and they will come Or even sicker Importcivic, do the targa on yours! Even a T-top would be allright, but IMO the drop looks like there is something missing.........like the back half of the car!

Targa, as is in the removable tops like in Supras, and I have seen them on Del Sols. Stops at the Front window but still mantains the back half. I think yours (Importcivic) would look better with T-tops though

thanks guys for slearing that up for me I had no clue what it was. But the only reason if I do that to may car is for show, and hell no Im not doing that to my car i would like to keep the boddy the way it is.
