i will be up there doing a couple pulls once i get my 3in on, walbro 255 installed and fill up with some gas

why was that gasket randomly sitting on the valve cover? just curious, i understand sprigs holding your hood and stuff like that but i dont understand the symbolisim of that.

No symbolism, they are just in the middle of building the engine for lots of boost and left it there.
