Yeah my friend ran a 10.65 at capitol raceway and they kicked him right off the track for not having the appropriate safety equipment.

I watched that thing three times and heard "6.39" at 109 three times. Am I deaf? Someone please correct me if I misheard. ridiculous car for sure though.
