They had that civic on ebay for sell not to long ago.

 

I have watched every show and I got to say that one was by far the best. Did anyone notice on the last race how hard the RX7 came off the line. That thing was a rocket. But you got to give it to the guy for rocking the D with NO Nawwwwsssss!!!!!!!

 

That is Full Race and they got had on that one, the RX7 was sandbagging like a ****. That car was built and tuned by Jeff Evans and you can go on Jeff's forum and see 470whp dyno pulls from it. This episode was taped a good 4 months ago as I knew the outcome before hand. I talk with Geoff every now and then online, he is not as cocky as he seems on this show.

 

The civic had a blown coupler but they didnt know it cuz they didnt have a boost gauge... they thought the motor was toast...

Yep plus it was like really hot and humid outside and the car was tuned on a brisk PA day in the fall.

 

reminds me of those pink pig looking erasors, i love it..... what about a ups brown civic with like 800whp now that would be such a sleeper

 

Berz hit it on the head. I had read about this episode of pinks before it even aired. It was on the evanstuning forum. They blew a freaking intercooler coupler. Hows that for ya.

How much did that car sell for?

 

He made up the lengths on the launch. That hatch looked like it was in slooooooow-motion. Stupid coupling. Who doesn't run a boost gauge?
