I bought the cavalier new in 1998. When I got it, it had 4 miles on it. I have had it ever since, 170,000 miles. Not had many problems out of it at all. I am on my 3rd engine. BUT the 3rd engine was not to fix a problem. It is a fully built motor. I did blow the 1st motor at 114,000 Because I was younger, less experienced and started to get abusive on a 100K plus motor and it failed. I am starting a new engine build now getting away from N/A and going turbo with it. My goal is to make the Cavalier look like something thatCOULD have came from the factory. Kinda like the Turbo Sport Concepts GM done.

On the Civic I am keeping it mostly stock. I am going to do a lip kit, 15's (undecided) and lower it and repaint it either the stock color (I like it) or a dark blue. That will be it for the outside. Inside I have 2 12" Rockford P3's and I will be using a Hifonics amp and componets. Then I will either put a DVD player with navigation or a Car PC setup. Motor wise all I am doing is an Intake and maybe header just to get alil soundbut nothing loud (I am done with loud daily drivers)and better mpg.
