honestly i dont think that looks too bad, except the side skirts are ugly. Hopefully he has something under the hood.

ive seen a lot worse. ill have to agree with the others that it doesnt look too bad. hopefully it has rims on in the summer

 

i would of gotten some rims before i got a carbon fiber hood

 

something you need to take into consideration, is that its winter time, and the car could be in winter mode. I dunno where the pic was taken, but if it snows there, hes probably just using tires that work on snow..
