I am so damn pissed about this
Yeah, isn't there a law about unauthorized use of someone else's personal property? Especially on a car where the license plate is visible... it might not be, but legal action would still probably be warranted.
I sent him a message and got this in return
My response:
WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKIN ABOUT SIR? THATS MY CAR IM USIN.. CAN YOU POINT ME ON WHICH OF THOSE IS UR CAR? HUH?! GET A LIFE!
Dont get all pissy with me kid, you did use a pic of my car, It is the white civic on yellow jackstands. If you would like me to prove it I will. You get a life that song is ****ing lame and the vid is even worse. I never said you could use a pic of my car but the least you could have done is used one that was worth a ****.
the photographer owns the rights to the picture. its copyright infringement for him to use it without permission, and esp when he says that its his. you honestly have a case for copyright infringement.
yeah..i caught some people using pictures of mine on other sites..ive written the admin of that site about a dozen times, asking them to take them down, and they havent replied...theres nothing that you can do, unless you want to spend money to sue him.

to sue him you have to spend $$$, and then there is no gaurantee that you get the money you spent plaus when you want to get out of him, so in the long run it would take time he may not have, and may end up spending more then he is getting...i think he should just take that video and redo it with some really crappy song and post the guys name one some of the pictures... or something really humiliating
