i dont no what this is, but its at some kind of race track and mabey they see who can get the best time?...but i found these photos from a local forum for my area and the photo of the single teg racing around is the guy who i got these pics of off, and it seems like everyone had to put blue tape over the lights as well[&:]... cool pics i thought..just wanted to share

<----------------is pretty positive those are ALL type R integras. Thats why there are only 3 different colors.
