i dont know, the guy kinda lunged at him when he flipped him off, he could say he felt threatened. and if its real, he didnt know he was being filmed. and anyway, there are a lot of crooked cops that wouldnt care.

 

I do belive that doing that woudl fall under some sort of "intimidation" law. I guarantee that they found something illegal about it and justified the cop's actions.

I do think though if he hadn't lunged at him, like Sac said, he wouldn't have gotten his *** beat.
